Alright, so, I have never had any trouble in installing MyBB, but this time whenever I try to install on MySQL Improved and move on to the next step, I get this message.

There seems to be one or more errors with the database configuration information that you supplied:

• Could not connect to the database server at 'localhost' with the supplied username and password. Are you sure the hostname and user details are correct?
  

Once the above are corrected, continue with the installation.

I am using the latest MyBB release.

Yes, I have checked the MySQL database name, password, and username, and all are correct.

My Server Hosts Includes The Following
Operating System: Linux
MySQL Version: 5.0.90-community
PHP Version: 5.2.12

Yes, I do have phpMyAdmin.
Although when I access phpMyAdmin through cPanel, on the homepage of phpMyAdmin, I get this message...

I also use BryanSoft.com for my Web Hosting.

May someone please, and I mean please help me with this issue.

There has to be something wrong with the details otherwise it's connect. Your host is the only person who can help with database details, there is absolutely no way for us to tell you what they are.

What do you mean by the details? Do you mean the MySQL database usernames and password?

Do you think I may need a fresh install then?

Yea, MySQL database/user name/password. What were you referring to a fresh install of?? Asking as this is already a fresh install of MyBB, no...??
