How/Where i can change my logo.gif to logo.jpg?
You can set your logo in your theme settings (admin-cp -> themes -> edit/delete -> *your theme* -> edit -> logo).

But your new logo would be saved in the folder as logo.jpg. But you can change the file type, other wise in the theme manager where it says logo - logo.gif change it to jpg/other.
