It happens. It doesn't mean its MyBB related. Could be youtube blocking you for all we know. Post what Glas said, then we could help.

and I am using Myyoutube Plugin
and also activated Auto media plugin..

use one of them only.
maybe automedia.
or maybe you already have mycode youtube installed?

its not mybb problem. maybe your server or your player (if using automedia).
reupload all files.

I see that on other forums too, I think it's You Tubes site, maybe too much traffic.
