Tried to install this: http://mods.mybboard.net/view/news-ticker-2

But I kept getting that one of the folders didn't exist when it did.

You just upload it again. If you dont have it download all MyBB folder from site and just from that folder upload language folder.

Download the latest copy of MyBB and get it from there. Look in the install to make sure you have it CHMODDED correctly.

URL of your website?

Also, I now get this, i don't remember where the file came from..

/home/a2716519/public_html/inc/languages/english/myshoutbox.lang.php does not exist

It's from plugin. Re-upload files for your plugin.

Most likely the MyShoutbox plugin.....
