Can anybody tell me whats the font used in the logo? Its urgent please Help.

This font costs $29 USD, is there any free font similar to this which I can use??

Not unless its illegally downloaded.

Probably . You just have to go through the hundreds of fonts of the font sites to fine it.

edit: Never mind, the lowercase 'u' doesn't have a tail in your example. It's a very similar font though.
