I have created a small modification that instead of the portal pulling posts from a set forum, moderators/admins can set in the same way as if the thread is stickied.

So if you choose "Add/Remove (Portal)" from the inline moderation it will add it to the portal page.

Anyone interested in me turning it into a plugin, hope i explained it right lol!
