I am trying to place Google ads to my forum. I have read several articles on this but I am confused. I am using the newest 1.4.11 . Any help or direction would be helpful.

BTW I think your forum is in the wrong directory, it's supposed to be /forum, not /forum/upload...

There are a few plugins for this thing. Check the mods list from this site.
Offtopic: You don't need to upload the "upload" folder. You must upload its content.
