Is this possible?

I have a forum about the wars of the world. It contains afghanistan, vietnam etc. what id like is when people click afghanistan, the template/theme changes to sandy colours and graphiocs of desert camo. And when they click vietnam it will be a green jungle theme. is there any way to force a template on users per section ?

I hope so because that would be soooo cool !
