It's in the American format, month/day/year, so that says April 2nd 2010. You can change how the date is displayed in your User CP Options.
But here also is displayed so ...
But now is 11:23 PM local time and the days are 02/04/2010 and is here to give two months unless ... Can you explain me how to get the date and time correct?
Yes, and that's in the European format, 2nd April 2010. Different countries display it in different orders. The time and date is correct.
America: 04/02/2010
Europe: 02/04/2010
Both mean the 2nd April 2010.

Enable DST in your User CP (Edit Options).
where I edit it? not find anything
Goto your UserCP then on the sidebar click Edit Options.
Then on the bottom left it will say Daylight Saving Time Correction. Set that to Auto.
