Is there a plugin or setting that will allow me to make it so guests can view certain pages?

Edit the group permissions?? By default guests can see pretty much anything regular users can see. What page specifically are you referring to??

Yes but then the forum does not appear and some members don't join because it does not appear.

You would have changed the permissions to hide it so change them back and it'll be visible again. Is this specific forums that are invisible or the entire board??

A specific forum, but I make it so they can't view and the title of that forum disappears for guests.

Go to "Set Permissions" for the guests group and set it so they can view the forum, but cannot view threads within the forum. Then they will be able to see that the forum is there, but not the threads within it.

Yes but it doesn't say you need to register to view this forum.

Yes but if you untick "can view" beside Guests then only people who are registered will be able to view that forum.
