How can i change the dimension on image...

Dimension?? You'd need to edit the templates and CSS, what are you trying to achieve??
i do new imageset, and this are higher than those before, i searching in template but i dont know which of those templates are...( in css i searching but ist nothing there..i think)
Would it not be wiser to just make the images themselves smaller?? Otherwise you'll need to edit a lot of templates and the images will be distorted.

With thead_bg, thats a css background image so you will have to make the containing div slightly taller to fit a taller image.
