Where do i go to edit the quotes?
What do you mean by "edit quotes?... If you need to quote template it is located under postbit_quote which is in Themes & Templates > Templates > Default Template (Expand)> Postbit Templates (Expand) > postbit_quote

I don't believe there's any way to customize the quote box other than by using CSS negative margins, padding, etc.

Look for blockquote in your global.css.
