Under the top category, my first forum's title is: "Rules of posting on FishTalk" As the title very cleary shows, there are hardly 2 - 3 closed threads on this forum.

Now, I want to be able to show this forum in expanded form, i.e. with threads listing visible on home page like this (Click), but with the other categories still showing as you can see by clicking on the top, home page link.

This is what I mean:

Is it possible? How do I go about it?

You'll need a plugin for that.
