I wouldn't allow it for security reasons. The safe way to do it would be to use MyCode but your going to need a plugin to allow MyCode in user titles and currently I don't think there is one.
Realistically you don't want to do this.

I don't know, I think I remember seeing one around here some where.
Your best option is to mycode parse the usertitles.
Yeah, I'm getting better with mycode, seeing as I'm the only one able to change custom user titles it isn't as risky. Could somebody please tell me how to do this?
