All the time on my forums is messed up

I dont know what to set in the time and date settings what should I set?

Setting the time/date in the adminCP just sets it globally. You also need to adjust it for your own timezone in the userCP.
I just get a cPanel start page :s
It could also be your host. Who's hosting your forum?

Time seems OK to me, just a different timezone. As x-Treme said, double check the settings in the ACP and your User CP Options.
