Whenever a new account is to be created a referral link is necessary.Means whenever I create a new account the option for referral is necessary....what to do now.

You must have a plugin doing this because that's not default functionality.

which plugin must it be.

I have absolutely no idea, but probably something to do with referrals...

I have not installed any plugin related that.

Make a custom profile fiald, and set it required on registration.
