I am having issues with Moderators.

When I add moderators to a forum, (not super mods) they don't show on the team page. However if they are super mods they do.

How can I change this?

Go to ACP -> Users & Groups -> Groups -> Moderators -> Edit Group
Go to General Options and tick "Yes, show this group on the 'forum team' page" and save the user group.

Already did that and still having this issue

Is their primary and display group the mod group??

Yes, they are, their usernames are the colour o the normal moderators group. And they are assigned to select forums.
