One of my member doesnt appear on the who's online list. He's no invisible either , anyone know whats up ?
He's just not logged in? There isn't a default option to hide a user on the list, so unless you can't view invisible users, they musn't be logged in.
But there chatting on the shoutbox , the shoutbox is not available to guests either.
What's the "Who's Online" time set to? 15 minutes?
Check how long he's been in the chat. I would guess if he hasn't refreshed any of the forum's pages in the Who's Online time span, he's not going to appear online there. Only in the chat.
That, or he found a direct access link to your chat.
