Try reinstalling the theme and see if it helps.

But will that overwrite all my editing ive done in certain templates?

Install a fresh copy and give it a different name and it shouldn't overwrite it.

But wont i have to re-install all my mods , custom toplinks etc on the freshly installed theme?

We already had this discussion in regards to your other thread. We do not support sites with warez here. If you wan't support you will have to remove the warez.
For that matter your not allowed to advertise sites containing warez in your signature either.
