Hey, I'm on the hunt for a plugin which will place a box at the top of a specific forum, possibly to put in the edit forum section of the Admin CP, the box would be space for BB coded text.

Go into Admin CP -> forums and posts -> select "Edit forum" next to the forum -> change "Dont display forum rules" to "display rules for this forum on thread listing"

Change the text as desired.

NOTE: This is not JUST for rules
