Hey all I am having trouble with my site. Every time a registered user trys to access the site they get a hosting error that makes them type in the password for my hosting site. I am very confused and here is the link to the pic. Any help on who to resolve this would be helpful. Thanks.

Check if their are is a .htaccess files in your forum root directory, if so delete it.

Can you tell me were that would be located because I look but i can't find that do you know if it would be found in fillazilla, Mybb admin cp, Or the hosting site? Sorry i am new to all of this.

It should be found with FTP.

Just make a backup of it and delete it and see what happens.

Umm, who exactly is your host? And, yes you can delete through vistapanel or ftp.

what i have done now is Download all files from HTDocs to my comp. What would be the next step.?
