Is there something that when people did not add an avatar in the POSTBIT will come a universal avatar?

I read that topic before I start here.
I says two things:

1. with a plugin for new users (by signing in)
2. changing the standard image

Perhaps it is starnge I have a standard image for avatar

But strange enough in the postbit it is not showed only in the who is online list (I use avatars in the who is online list).

So again my question: Is there something that when people did not add an avatar, in the POSTBIT will come a universal avatar?

I want to have the avatar in the postbit!!!!!!!!!!!!! For those users that did not add an avatar till now.
