I wish to ask something - is there a way to transfer forum from phpBB3 to MyBB?
The forum already have posts and threads and i wish to change the platform and save the posts.

well i've figured out the configs of the phpbb3, and after successful convertion from UTF-8 to UTF-8 i have strange symbols instead of characters.
Go to
Admin CP then
Tools & Maintenance then
Recount & Rebuild and rebuild all that and your forum will be BACK
at
MyBB

i've just did that, still there are funny characters.
My query was more about the characters
the phpBB3 encoding was UTF-8, when converting i've used the same encoding, MyBB is config with same...

Any ideas?
But at PHPBB at Forums use Verdana or another FONT MyBB use at all UTF-8 Font you need at your PC UTF-8 Font and that's will be fine to
that's not big problem or you can edit that manualy
