Hello.
I'm helping someone switch hosts. We've successfully imported the SQL databases and got the forum up and running, but we're having one issue. Previously, he was using 20x.cc; a free hosting site. We've switched to a paid hosting site. However, there's a peculiar problem. Whenever a user clicks on 'memberlist', it shows this popup:

If the user clicks 'cancel', it doesn't do anything. It just closes the box, and they can view the memberlist as they should be able to. If you click 'OK' with the box blank, it says:
"530 Login authentication failed."
The thing is, we obviously don't use that Ftp username/server anymore, as we switched hosts. No plugins are enabled.. so we have no idea what could be causing this. I looked at memberlist.php and saw no out of the ordinary code.
Any ideas?
