I install new forum but I can't Import any Theme!!

* MyBB could not find the theme with the file you uploaded. Please check the file is the correct and is not corrupt.
Did you import the XML file for the theme ?
I try to import the XML file but this error was happen:

Open the xml file in a text editor, what is the very last line??

Ok, that looks fine... can you upload attachments to posts?? Just trying to see if it's all uploads or just theme imports.
this error always happen when I want to import any theme (not happen for one theme)!!

I have now the same problem. I upgraded from 1.4.9 to 1.4.13 and I can't import the previous style and appears the same error message...
Solved! An error in last line of xml file:
appears <the
instead <theme/>
