I would like to request a plugin with a concept like this:

Power can be seen as the health of your account. Power will drop in fixed value, -1 Power every time you post. If your Power is zero, your account will be moved to another group. In addition, members can donate powers.

I think there is one for MyPlaza or NewPoints, can't remember which. Both are not what you want, but pretty close.
