in a sense it's both..because you can thumbs up/thumbs down a post if you like it.

in a sense it's both..because you can thumbs up/thumbs down a post if you like it.

With the fast reputation change you are giving them +1 or -1 reputation, which has nothing to with the post.

It has everything to do with the post. You even have the list of "votes" appended to the post.

It works just like a thank you mod just with the added bonus of adding reputation.
