So I'm trying to use an ancient back up and I'm getting these errors.

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1054 - Unknown column 'properties' in 'field list'
Query:
SELECT name, tid, properties, stylesheets FROM mybb_themes WHERE def='1' LIMIT 1

any ideas?

How ancient is ancient?? Is this a 1.4 database with 1.4 files??

Yeah it's a brand new install of the latest MYBB but the back up file is from June 2008. I'm just reloading it for kicks cause I didn't even realize I still had any backups of that particular message board.

You will probably want 1.2.14 then:

Oh, I'd have to install 1.2.14 then upgrade?

Yeah if your database is from June 08, 1.4 hasn't been released yet. Install 1.2.14, restore the backup, then get 1.4.12 and do a full upgrade.
