Hello All,

I'm new to the forum world, and have recently created one for a group of friends. I followed the instructions to a T and everything works great. Except I installed everything to /Forum directory and now I want everything to be on the root directory so I don't have to redirect the site. Can I just move the contents of /Forum into the root directory and make changes to the AdminCP for the URLS? Or will I have to start from scratch with a reinstall?

you have to set the new bburl and cookie path, then you can just move the files

ok, i changed the BB URL and the cookie path, then I moved all my files to the root directory. Issue now is that no users are able to log in. Keeps reverting back to "guest". Any Ideas?
