What is the plugin called for the MyBB Announcements... the one on the front page that currently has 3 items highlighted in different colors at the top?

Ok, but shouldn't there be an option to make standard announcement look like this? E.g. "show above forum"? I'm using plugin for this but I think it should be included as standard...

There's tons of things that perhaps should be standard but we can't include everything. It's simple to add them.
