I'm sure I've seen this option, but I can't seem to find it for the life of me now. I made some "test members" to see if everything is working properly as I set up my forum. In the User CP --> Edit Options --> User Options --> Board Style, my test members have the option of choosing from all the themes I have uploaded to my ACP. I don't want them to have this choice. I want it to stay with the theme I have selected. Can someone direct me to the right place to change this?

ACP > Templates & Style > **choose theme** > edit it > there's a setting here for who can and can't use the theme.
