hey guys since the upgrade settings went back to default

Where in the life of me do I find instead of 13 put back no younger then 18

I had this set for so long and since the update 12 and 13 things have changed so i need help changing the limit to 18 not 13

I need to edit file to make it 18 not 13

It's not a setting as COPPA is specifically 13. member.php is the file you need to edit to check the age, and then member.lang.php for the text.

COPPA is a US law for those members providing you private data under the age of 13. If you want to restrict membership to people 18+ I suggest a plugin instead. Easy to do really.

yah now they have to agree ON top of it all that they are 18 ( thanks )

manually change age 13 on member.php to 18
