I have run the repliesfix.php and everything and that fixed a lot of problems with the post count.

but i am still left with this one problem of the replies saying 1 rather than 0. (when there are no replies of course)

anyone have a simple query to fix this?

In the same post as repliesfix.php is this - http://community.mybboard.net/thread-651...#pid470024 . It appears to have worked for harishankar but he mentioned issues with moderated posts still being counted. I'll let someone else elaborate on this.

What was wrong with the other thread?? You said it worked before... gets confusing if the same discussion is taking place in multiple places.
