MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1364 - Field 'thx' doesn't have a default value
Query:

I have no idea which plugin you mean, can you provide a link?

In phpMyAdmin set the default value for the field "thx" to 0

That sql says "put this info in and if I don't specify the info use the default value".
The error is basically telling you that the thx filed has no default value and you aren't telling it one.
