when i want to change a user into an extra user group the database doesnt save the user into the group i applied with ctr button .

If you are doing it from the User CP then give up.
Just add them to a group in the ACP
the acp panel is just the problem we can set all groups execpt one specific user group .

What is the User Group?
If it is added on and not an original group then delete it and re-add it

Have you downloaded 1.4.13?
yes we have upgrade to 14.13 and then this problem was there. is it possible that we have to chmod some file?
