check the attachment..this is what my group editing looks like

it's not supposed to say general twice, is it? 1 as the button and once under it?

it does it for all the buttons, not just general.

newest.. 1.4.13

Odd. I dont have that problem with mine. Try downloading the full 1.4.13 package and re-uploading the /admin folder.
