Would appreciate help how to make small change to remove heading text and area from index page as shown here:

ok hey

for the top thing, it's the navigation
in Admin CP > Templates > Modify/ Delete > Expand > header

find

<navigation>

and remove it

the right part is actually is due to the padding

Admin CP > Themes> Modify / Delete > edit

find the page container part and remove

padding: 20px;
