I'm meaning that i need to setting same as this mybboard forums,
there are have not & can't see the rating function
please compare attached file. between my forum and mybb forum!

i had setting To fix that, go to...
'ACP > Tools & Maintenance > Cache Manager' find forums and click Rebuild Cache.
so when i had click Rebuild cached the board message inform as below:
"The cache has been rebuilt successfully"
but Rating thread still show!

Did you run the query first...?? You don't just rebuild the cache...

In phpMyAdmin, which will be in your host control panel.
oh
step 1. it's meaing that i must call to Admin of my hosting to run the query first??
and UPDATE to... mybb_forums SET allowtratings = '0' WHERE allowtratings = '1'
step 2. i must go To fix that, go to...

No you shouldn't need to call anyone, you should have access to phpMyAdmin already.
