Okay, the problem is, let's say i add like 5 attachments and press add attachment(upload), when it gets done, it doesn't show the attachment as uploaded. And it only shows the 5 attachments as uploaded after I upload one more file, and not the show the 1 file I uploaded.

Yes this sounds confusing, so yeah, does anyone know how to fix this?
