About $400 right now for my hosting.
Almost 35 GB, but it's my company's server, which hosts 3 websites along with my portfolio. Our largest website with a forum has used almost 16 GB.

I have nearly 3GB of attachments, and about that many submitted downloads.
518GB + 88.69GB traffic according to host's traffic monitoring (last month). Not the most accurate, but certainly more accurate than Webalizer (which reports a few TB, possibly because it's a log parser).

I do run self-managed and $400 isn't too expensive for my setup. It's a couple great servers.

Oh I didn't mention that my img server is located somewhere else. Let me check the stats...
Oh..just my image server is 250gb a month for things like my logo, buttons and icons.
So I'm about 1.2TB total.
