Look for yourself:

It only shows the main homepage then the rest are all archive. What is happening? What is wrong? How can I fix it? Thank-you for any help I get!

site:grayhatworld.com/forum

shows that it also indexes the normal pages, so for some reason, for your site, the archive simply has a higher rank than the rest

maybe it's because your html is invalid? also the site seems to be rather slow for me...

The site is also slow for me.
What do you mean, "slow"? As in it loads slow? I have host gator hosting.
HostGator blows. No wonder it's slow. I hear they block Googlebot?

Yes that is true it would be better to have another host .. and also I know some don't agree but adding a sitemap may help and you can create a free one here.

To see if your site is indexing at all in the browser put:
site:the name of your site.com
I checked when GoogleBot last been on my site, it was 3 minutes ago.
I use HostGator, pretty sure GoogleBot isn't blocked. Rolleyes
Should I put the /archive/ directory in robots.txt?
No one knows?
Same for me too. The bots have a higher affinity for archive mode. i removed the archive mode on my forums.
I'll see the results
