How do I change the forums icons on my template

I want to change the thing that is the dot.

new thread, closed thread things like that.

Just change the on.gif and off.gif files.

Where is that?

In your images directory.

Ok and what is on and what is off?

On is the one when there is new threads, off is when there isn't.

I changed it and it didnt do anything

Did you clear your browser cache? And are you using a custom theme? If so the files are probably in your theme's image directory.
