It actually worked out really good, the buyer lives about 15 minutes from the data center so no shipping or driving involved for either party. Oh, and damn Paypal's 2.9% + $0.30 fees! 
OMG! I just checked the links I posted above and compared the prices today with the prices I paid a year ago and I feel so stupid. I expected the prices to drop over the course of a year so my sale price was 1/2 of what I paid before shipping... but today's price before shipping was about $100 more!
The buyer got a good deal today and I get a headache care of LiquidWeb's blacklisted VPS IPs.
