When i try to change the original Forum URL from ie.
From Forum-{url} to Forum-View-{url} then the forum does not load ! I can only change the word and not add a word !
CAn anyone help me ?

That's not a bug - you're just doing it wrong. You either did not add a rewrite rule for Forum-View-{url} or did not remove the existing Forum-{url} rule, thus causing a conflict in URL rewrites.
The Google SEO plugin offers a lot of settings because I try to hard code as little as possible, giving users who know what they are doing the freedom to do whatever they want to do. However it also means that the plugin may break if you misconfigure it. If you don't know what the settings do, you're better off leaving them at their default values.

The hack's creator has stated this isn't even a bug.
