I seem to have a problem with the password reset code. I've had two members complain about this today. When clicking the link in the email they get this:-

Quote:You seem to have entered an invalid password reset code. Please re-read the email you were sent or contact the forum administrators for more help.

Same result when manually entering the code.

I don't really know what else to say. Any ideas on what could be the problem?

Are you running the latest version of MyBB and were the password reset codes generated after your last update? There were some issues with the random number generator in 1.4.12 which could be causing it.

A test account registered to a disposable email account that we can test might be useful, otherwise can you make a test account with the email tim.bell [at] mybboard [dot] net

Yeah I'm running 1.4.13 and I presume they were generated after the last update. Undecided

I've just tested again and now it's working. :s
