With every move I need to log back in and now I can not save the general settings so that I may change the cookie paths. The developing team is specializing on making things complicated. Please some kind hearted person help me.

Before you make accusations that this is the developer's fault, what's your URL?? Pretty much everybody who has login problems has changed their cookie settings when they didn't need changing, they change them incorrectly, and then blame it on us.
Maybe those cookie setting textboxes should be disabled by default?
