I just finished the update cycle from 1.4.11 to 1.4.13. However, after using filezilla to update all the necessary files for the updates, my version checker still says i'm running 1.4.11! Anyone know the cause. I followed the same basic steps when I updated Google SEO from 1.1.11 to 1.1.13 and it registered the update.

You didn't upload all the files properly, they haven't overwritten the old ones. The version number is stored in ./inc/class_core.php, so if that's still saying 1.4.11, files haven't been replaced.

Or I didn't run the installer after updating to the 1.4.12 patch. Oops. After I did that, everything resolved itself.

That wouldn't have made a difference to what version number was showing.
