I wanna make a tutorials section and I want all tutorials to be avaliated by a mod, moving from the avaliations forum to the tutorials forum, I know that mybb has an option to aprove the topic but I wanna do like that.

For that, I want my announcement in the tutorials forum to redirect to the avaliations forum. I tried to put a html tag like

<meta HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" CONTENT="1;URL=http://forums.otempire.com/forum-49.html">
<title>Redirecting</title>


And didn't workDodgy

You'll need a plugin of some sort but it sounds like you're trying to reinvent the wheel.
