what iwant is :
1. i want create new page for donation rule page in forum not a thread how can i make it ?
2. i want to make forum page restrict access by group
here i want http://xxxx/forumdisplay.php?fid=52 have restrict access by group, how can make it ?
nb: please tell me for detail step by step coz i'm newbie
