Best themes are premium ones.
Like from Dynaxel.com, Cmybb.com, etc.

Most of the themes will work with MyBB 1.4.13, you just have to tick the Ignore Compatibility Box.

But, you can always contact the designer / coder and get them to export the theme again in MyBB 1.4.13 for you...
